Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No automatic renewals, nothing to cancel
Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and never renew or charge automatically. A plan simply runs to its end date. There is no subscription to cancel and no cancellation fee. If you stop using the app, your data stays on your device and nothing further is owed.
2. When we refund
A plan fee is refunded in full when:
- Duplicate payment — you paid twice for the same plan. The extra payment is refunded.
- Licence not delivered — your payment reached us but no licence key was activated within 48 hours of your confirmation message, and we could not resolve it.
- First-purchase guarantee — within 7 days of your first paid plan the app does not work on your device and we cannot fix it. Tell us on WhatsApp within those 7 days.
A refund request must come from the WhatsApp number or e-mail used for the purchase and include the UPI or payment reference.
3. When we do not refund
- A plan that has been activated and used beyond the 7-day first-purchase window, including unused remaining months.
- Change of mind, closing the business or moving to another software after activation.
- Loss of data caused by clearing browser storage, resetting or losing the device, or not taking backups.
- Lifetime licences after the 7-day first-purchase window.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the UPI ID or account the payment came from, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Gateway payments are refunded through the gateway and may take up to the bank's processing time to appear. GST paid on the plan is refunded together with the fee.
5. Upgrades
You may buy a longer plan at any time; the new term starts when the current one ends. Contact us on WhatsApp if you want the unused part of a short plan adjusted against a Lifetime purchase.
